Wyatt has 20 years experience in business management of start up technology companies. He has expertise in enterprise level systems and network engineering. Wyatt was Chief Technical Architect for North American Medical Management and was responsible for the design and conception of NAMM's widely dispersed technical infrastructure. He is a thin client evangelist and non-lineal thinker who routinely devises “out of the box” solutions to business information technology and management. He has extensive experience in consolidating and automating information technology infrastructures. Wyatt was the founder of the Trident Group of Washington, D.C. He is currently based in Tallahassee, Florida.
Ann Schamp, RHIA, COO Avalanche Technology and VP/Director of Laurence Bishoff and Company
Ann has 20+ years in the healthcare industry. Ann spent 18 years at St. Anthony's hospital and left in 1993 as VP of Quality Management. Responsibilities included oversight of Medical Staff Office, and Committees, Medical Records, Utilization Mgmt, Quality Mgmt, Infection Control, and Social Service. Ann left St. Anthony's to help the local medical community develop a large multispecialty IPA and became Executive Director of South Pinellas Affiliated Physicians, Inc. Ann developed and managed project plans for centralization efforts for claims/finance operations, Y2K, system conversions for NAMM. Ann is a Registered Health Information Administrator and Compliance Consultant and has a BS degree in Health Information Management.
Frank Falligant, CFO Avalanche Technology
Frank most recently held the position of CFO for Technology Partners, Inc a Charlotte based software development operation. Prior to this he was founder and CEO of Information Technology Group generating over $1.2 million within the first 2 years of operation. He also held the position of Division VP of United Foods, Inc. He is a Solomon Certified Financial Specialist & Systems Engineer and has extensive management and financial expertise. He has developed and implemented worldwide connectivity to accounting and distribution systems using Windows 2000 Terminal Services. Frank is a retired US Military Colonel and has served his country in several active duty tours. He has served on the US Special Operation Command through Desert SHIELD/STORM and has been awarded numerous Merit and Service Commendations. He has held Top Secret Security clearance. He has an MBA in Finance and Accounting.
Margaret Richey, CIO Avalanche Technology and Director, Laurence Bishoff and Company
Margaret has an extensive background in IT Management, Project Management, and Software Development. She was the former Director of IT at NAMM. She was responsible for and had hands-on experience with all aspects of network infrastructure and data center operations, including technical, programming and support staff. She has expertise in full life-cycle programming: custom software development and expertise in EDI claims submission and eligibility inloads. Projects were completed on time and within budget during her NAMM employment. Margaret was sole proprietor of her own business for 9 years as a contract programmer and consultant. Her clients included HMO's, hospitals, provider groups, and University departments. Margaret has a BS in Mathematics (Computer Science specialty).
Kulbinder Kalirai, CTO Avalanche Technology Corporation
Kul was a founding partner of i2e Technologies, LLC., where he was the lead developer and architect of an e-commerce development platform. He graduated with honors from the University of Wolverhampton in England where he received a B.S. degree in Computer Science. Kul is expert in database administration, network security and forensics, system engineering and application code development on numerous languages and platforms.
Laurence Bishoff, President, Laurence Bishoff and Company
Laurence was the founder and first Executive Director of the MIT HealthPlan, the second HMO in Massachusetts and the first in the nation based in a university. He was an owner and officer of a New England based healthcare practice management company, and in preceding assignments, as a healthcare executive at Harvard Health Plan, Harvard University and MIT. Before organizing his current venture, he served as VP for Contracts and Network Development at Mariner Physician Services, a division of Mariner Health. Laurence graduated from MIT.
